Return & Refund Policy – Jones Road Beauty

At Jones Road Beauty, we want you to love every product you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To start a return, please email us at info@jonesroabdeauty.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for how to return your item.
Note: We do not accept returns on opened, used, or final-sale items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jonesroabdeauty.store with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
